Creator Policy

Effective Date: 8 April 2026

Last Updated: 8 April 2026

This Creator & Diamonds Policy (the "Policy") governs participation in Fraw's creator features, published extension system, creator rewards, Diamonds, and related withdrawal or monetization functionality.

This Policy forms part of and is incorporated into the Fraw Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms. If there is a conflict between this Policy and the Terms, the Terms control unless this Policy expressly states otherwise.

By using creator features, publishing extensions, or participating in Diamonds-related functionality, you agree to this Policy.

1. Purpose of This Policy

Fraw offers a creator layer that allows certain eligible users to create, publish, and make available user-created extensions within the Service.

This Policy explains:

  • who may participate in creator features;
  • the difference between private and published extensions;
  • how Diamonds may be earned;
  • what activity is excluded from Diamonds eligibility;
  • how withdrawals may work;
  • how Fraw may review, withhold, reverse, or terminate creator participation.

2. Creator Model Overview

Fraw distinguishes between:

A. Private Extensions

Extensions created for the creator's own use only.

B. Published Extensions

Extensions created and published by eligible users for access by other users through the Service.

Only certain eligible users may publish extensions or participate in Diamonds-related functionality.

Not all extension activity is eligible for rewards.

3. Eligibility for Creator Participation

3.1 General Rule

Only users designated by Fraw as eligible may access creator publishing features or Diamonds-related functionality.

3.2 Eligibility Factors

Creator eligibility may depend on factors including:

  • subscription tier;
  • account standing;
  • account age or time on plan;
  • moderation or quality review;
  • identity or payment verification;
  • fraud and abuse checks;
  • compliance with the Terms, this Policy, and other platform rules.

3.3 Ongoing Eligibility

Creator eligibility is not permanent. You must continue to satisfy applicable requirements to maintain access to creator functions, publication rights, Diamonds eligibility, or withdrawal rights.

Fraw may change eligibility criteria from time to time, subject to applicable law.

4. Private Extensions

4.1 Personal-Use Creation

Certain users may be permitted to create private extensions for their own internal or personal use within Fraw.

4.2 No Publication Right

A private extension is not published to the Service unless and until Fraw permits publication under the applicable eligibility rules.

4.3 No Diamonds for Private Extensions

Private extensions do not generate Diamonds.

No creator reward rights arise solely from creating, editing, or using a private extension.

5. Published Extensions

5.1 Publication Rights

Only users authorized by Fraw may publish extensions to the Service.

Publication rights are subject to:

  • creator eligibility;
  • moderation standards;
  • technical requirements;
  • safety and policy review;
  • product rules;
  • ongoing compliance with platform requirements.

5.2 No Guarantee of Publication or Distribution

Submitting an extension for publication does not guarantee that it will be:

  • approved;
  • listed;
  • discoverable;
  • promoted;
  • made available to other users; or
  • eligible for Diamonds.

5.3 Review and Moderation

Fraw may review, approve, reject, limit, demote, remove, suspend, or terminate any published extension at any time where reasonably necessary for:

  • safety;
  • quality control;
  • fraud prevention;
  • policy enforcement;
  • legal compliance;
  • platform integrity.

6. Official Functions vs. Creator Functions

Fraw includes both official Fraw-provided functions and user-created published extensions.

Diamonds are tied only to activity that Fraw determines is eligible within the creator layer.

Unless Fraw expressly states otherwise, official Fraw-provided functions do not generate Diamonds. This includes official extensions, rebuild / blend, and other official Fraw experiences.

Only eligible activity involving published extensions may qualify for Diamonds.

7. Diamonds

7.1 Nature of Diamonds

Diamonds are Fraw's internal creator reward unit.

Diamonds may be used by Fraw to:

  • track eligible creator rewards;
  • measure reward eligibility;
  • determine withdrawal eligibility where permitted by Fraw.

Diamonds are not:

  • a general user currency;
  • stored value;
  • e-money;
  • a bank deposit;
  • personal property; or
  • a guaranteed right to cash payment.

7.2 Fraw Control Over Diamond Rules

Fraw may determine and revise from time to time, to the extent permitted by law:

  • how Diamonds are earned;
  • what activity is eligible or ineligible;
  • any conversion methodology or reward methodology;
  • minimum withdrawal thresholds;
  • settlement timing;
  • verification requirements;
  • holding periods;
  • withholding, forfeiture, reversal, expiration, or suspension rules.

Applicable operational details may be displayed in the Service, creator dashboard, help center, payout screens, or other related documentation.

8. Eligible and Ineligible Activity

8.1 General Rule

Diamonds may be awarded only for activity that Fraw determines to be eligible under its creator rules.

8.2 Ineligible Activity

Without limiting other exclusions, Diamonds are not generated from activity that Fraw determines is ineligible, including:

  • official functions;
  • official extensions;
  • rebuild / blend;
  • private extensions;
  • Free Credit usage;
  • promotional-only activity;
  • fraudulent or artificial traffic;
  • abusive behavior;
  • self-dealing;
  • duplicate or manipulated account activity;
  • refunded or reversed transactions;
  • self-usage of a creator's own published extension;
  • related-account usage or collusive usage;
  • any activity excluded by Fraw's rules or determined by Fraw in good faith to be non-qualifying.

8.3 Anti-Self-Reward Rule

A creator's own use of that creator's own published extension does not create Diamonds eligibility unless Fraw expressly states otherwise.

Fraw may also exclude activity from accounts, devices, payment methods, IP ranges, or usage patterns that appear to be connected to the creator or manipulated for reward extraction.

9. Free Credits and Creator Rewards

Free Credits are promotional credits used for onboarding, referral, campaign, or other non-revenue-backed purposes.

Unless Fraw expressly states otherwise:

  • Free Credits do not generate creator payout;
  • Free Credits do not generate Diamonds; and
  • Free Credits do not create pending payout rights.

Where a user-created experience is accessed using Free Credits contrary to platform rules, Fraw may treat that activity as ineligible and may reverse any associated rewards.

10. Paid Usage and Reward Recognition

Only usage that Fraw determines to be eligible paid usage may be considered for Diamonds or creator reward purposes.

Reward recognition may depend on factors such as:

  • whether the extension is a qualifying published extension;
  • whether the user interaction is valid and eligible;
  • whether the usage is linked to an eligible monetized action;
  • whether the account and activity pass fraud, abuse, and policy checks.

Fraw may use internal systems, manual review, automated review, or hybrid review to determine eligibility.

11. Withdrawal Eligibility

11.1 General Rule

Where Fraw permits withdrawal of Diamonds or creator rewards, withdrawals are available only to users who satisfy all applicable eligibility requirements.

11.2 Conditions

Withdrawal may be subject to:

  • minimum thresholds;
  • account good standing;
  • identity verification;
  • payout or payment verification;
  • tax information or documentation;
  • fraud and abuse review;
  • settlement or holding periods;
  • compliance with applicable law;
  • compliance with the Terms and this Policy.

11.3 No Guaranteed Withdrawal

Accumulation of Diamonds does not guarantee that withdrawal will be available immediately or at all times. Fraw may delay, hold, restrict, deny, reverse, or cancel withdrawal where reasonably necessary to investigate eligibility, enforce platform rules, prevent abuse, or comply with law.

12. Withholding, Reversal, and Forfeiture

Fraw may withhold, reverse, deduct, offset, suspend, cancel, or forfeit Diamonds or related withdrawal rights where reasonably necessary, including in connection with:

  • fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity;
  • self-dealing or manipulation;
  • related-account or collusive activity;
  • ineligible usage;
  • technical error or accounting correction;
  • moderation or policy violations;
  • refunds, chargebacks, reversals, or payment disputes;
  • legal or regulatory requirements;
  • account suspension or termination.

Fraw may also correct historical Diamond calculations where we determine that rewards were granted in error or on an ineligible basis.

13. Taxes

You are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, levies, reporting obligations, or other governmental charges arising from creator rewards, Diamonds, withdrawals, or related earnings, except where Fraw is required by law to collect, withhold, or report them.

Fraw may require tax forms, tax identification information, or other documentation before allowing withdrawal.

14. Creator Conduct and Quality Standards

Creators must comply with the Terms, this Policy, and any additional rules communicated by Fraw.

Without limitation, creators must not:

  • publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or abusive content;
  • attempt to manipulate rewards or Diamonds;
  • create low-quality, spammy, or misleading extensions;
  • impersonate official Fraw features or misrepresent the nature of an extension;
  • exploit users, platform systems, or creator tools in bad faith;
  • attempt to evade moderation, review, or anti-abuse systems.

Fraw may establish quality standards, submission guidelines, moderation practices, or technical requirements for publication and continued availability.

15. Visibility, Ranking, and Promotion

Fraw may, in its discretion, determine how published extensions are:

  • listed;
  • ranked;
  • surfaced;
  • recommended;
  • featured;
  • restricted; or
  • removed.

Publication does not create any right to visibility, discoverability, ranking, traffic, or promotion.

Fraw may take into account quality, safety, compliance, performance, abuse risk, user experience, or commercial considerations when determining visibility.

16. Suspension or Termination of Creator Access

Fraw may suspend, restrict, or terminate creator access, published extension access, Diamonds eligibility, or withdrawal rights where reasonably necessary if:

  • you violate the Terms or this Policy;
  • we suspect fraud, abuse, manipulation, or unlawful conduct;
  • your extension or activity creates safety, legal, operational, or reputational risk;
  • required by law or legal process;
  • continued participation poses risk to users, the Service, or platform integrity.

Upon suspension or termination, Fraw may remove extensions, limit access, reverse rewards, suspend payouts, or otherwise enforce its policies to the extent permitted by law.

17. No Employment, Agency, or Partnership

Participation in Fraw's creator features does not create an employment relationship, agency relationship, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary relationship, or other similar relationship between you and Fraw.

You participate as an independent user of the Service.

18. Disclaimer Regarding Creator Rewards

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fraw does not guarantee:

  • publication;
  • extension visibility;
  • user traffic;
  • creator earnings;
  • Diamonds accumulation;
  • withdrawal access;
  • any minimum level of commercial success.

Creator tools and rewards are provided subject to platform rules, product changes, fraud controls, and legal requirements.

19. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time.

If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the Service, by email, or by another reasonable method, as required by law.

Your continued participation in creator features after the updated Policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
